FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: resonator contains a piezoelectric substrate on the surface of which at least two reflecting structures (RS) consisting of reflector arrays with a variable or a constant period are formed and at least one interdigital transducer (IDT) formed on the side of the dielectric plate, facing the piezoelectric substrate mounted parallel to the piezoelectric substrate with a gap between the dielectric plate and the piezoelectric substrate. Reflectors in the RS can be made in the form of grooves. Interdigital transducers are electrically connected either in parallel or in series, or cascaded, or in combinations of connections.
EFFECT: increase of resonator Q-factor on surface acoustic waves at high frequencies more than 1 GHz.
