SUBSTANCE: to be used in electrical engineering. System for power distribution contains a computing device, N modems, M counters, N+1 consumers. Input of the system is the input of the first counter, the output of the first counter is connected to the inputs of the second and third counter, the output of the second counter is connected to the input of the first consumer, the output of the third counter is connected to the inputs of the fourth and fifth counter, the output of the fourth counter is connected to the input of the second consumer, and so until last counter M, whose input, as well as the input of counter M-1, is connected to the output of counter M-2, the output of counter M-1 is connected to the input of consumer N, the output of counter M is connected to the input of consumer N+1. Information output of the first counter is connected to the input of the first modem, the output of the first modem is connected to the input of the computing device, information outputs of the second and third counters are connected to the inputs of the second modem, the outputs of the second modem are connected to the input and output of the third counter, the information outputs of the fourth and fifth counters are connected to the inputs of the third modem, the outputs of the third modem are connected to the input and output of the fifth counter, and so until the last counter M, the information output of which, also as information output of the counter M-1, is connected to the inputs of the modem N, the outputs of the modem N are connected to the input and output of the counter M.

EFFECT: providing electricity distribution, measuring consumption of consumed electricity, detecting the location of electricity leakage (illegal electricity sampling), monitoring the distribution network and fixing the time of electricity leakage.
