FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of composite materials and relates to a method for manufacturing a three-layer composite panel with a honeycomb core. Method includes the following operations: according to additive technology, the middle layer is made of plastic with the required structural parameters of "honeycomb"; cut out the upper and lower layers of the required size from the metal sheets; mechanically treat or etch the surfaces of the upper and lower layers to provide the required microrelief; set the bottom and top layers in the press with the treated surfaces opposite each other; have a middle layer between the lower and upper layers; alternately heat the upper and lower layers to the melting point of the middle layer with simultaneous deposition to a predetermined size.
EFFECT: invention provides simplified technological process, providing the possibility of varying the design and strength characteristics of the middle layer.
