FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to porous composite materials; it can be used in such industries as mechanical engineering, medicine, construction, power engineering, space technology. A composite porous product includes a porous body made by an additive method, pores of which are formed in a specified order by 3D printing method in the form of a bound system, and at least part of which is filled with liquid material hardening over time. A composite porous product includes a porous body made by an additive method, pores of which are formed in a specified order by 3D printing method in the form of two or more bound systems isolated from each other, and at least one of systems is filled with liquid material hardening over time. A composite porous product includes a porous body made by an additive method, pores of which are formed in a specified order by 3D printing method in the form of two or more bound systems isolated from each other, at least one of which is completely isolated, and at least one of systems is filled with liquid material hardening over time.
EFFECT: creation of a composite porous product with a complex inner structure and an outer geometric shape, physical characteristics and parameters of which are maintained with high accuracy, increase in the quality of the composite porous product, simplification of a technology, reduction in labor costs and time for its production, and, consequently, expansion of the field of application of composite porous products.
