SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulding articles from polymer composite material (PCM), specifically to tooling, which can be used for moulding and gluing three-layer cellular structures of complex curvature used in aircraft engineering, shipbuilding, machine building, radio engineering products. Method includes laying on the master model of the inner skin from a heat-resistant prepreg, on the surface of which the film glue is laid, fixing on it a glass-plastic material with hexagonal cells previously systematically removed in the curvature region on the height of the glass-plastic material, or single faces or junctions, a film glue is laid on the surface of the glass-plastic, an outer lining is applied from the prepreg and vacuum thermo-curing is performed. Film glue of the inner and outer skin is combined with the glass-reinforced plastic material and vacuum thermo-hardening is carried out in an autoclave or a thermostat. Application of present invention allows to increase rigidity of forming tool without introduction of stiffness ribs into its design, increasing its service life and tightness, as well as reducing the need for periodic repair of the shaping surface. Patented invention is introduced into production of composite tooling for forming radiotransparent antenna cover from fiberglass.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is to increase rigidity of shaping tooling and to reduce labour costs for its manufacturing, increase its service life and tightness, reduce need for periodic repair of shaping surface.
