Process for preparing spirulina nanocapsules in guar gum a gum is characterized in that guan gum is used as the nanocapsule coating, and the spirulina powder is used as the core, the spirulina powder being added to the suspension of guar gum in benzene, in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant, then stirred at 1,000 rpm, after 1,2-dichloroethane is added, after which the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein the core: shell weight ratio is 1:1, or 1:3, or 1:2.

EFFECT: method for the preparation of spirulina nanocapsules is proposed.
