SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, in particular, to a method for producing nanocapsules, and describes a method for producing nanocapsules of tannin in a shell of guar gum. Method is characterized by the fact that in the suspension of the guar gum in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c with stirring 1,000 rpm, diethyl ether is then poured, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, with the core : shell mass ratio being 1:1, or 1:2, or 1:3.
EFFECT: method ensures the nanocapsules producing process simplification and acceleration, reduction in losses during the nanocapsules production, and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
