FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and electric power industry, in particular to devices that ensure the quality of operation of closed three-phase networks and networks with two-way power supply. In the method, the technical result is achieved with the help of a device for regulating and stabilizing phase and alternating current voltage value comprising a transformer with two cores, on each of which the primary winding of the regulated phase is located, the voltage control winding and the phase shift correction winding, both of which cover the phase shift winding by 90°, whose outputs are connected to the line voltage of the unregulated phases of the network, and both primary windings are connected in series, free terminals of the primary windings: one is the input terminal, the second is connected in series with the switch, and the switch – with one terminal of the primary winding of the current transformer, the second end of which is an output terminal; the voltage regulation coils and the phase shift correction winding are connected to electronic regulators, the electronic phase shift correction regulators are connected to two different non-adjustable phases, all electronic controllers being connected to the control unit, having feedbacks on the input and output voltages, the current of the regulated phase of the network, and connected to an external control device. Further, the three-phase phase and AC voltage values regulating and stabilizing device is made of three identical devices.
EFFECT: technical result that is achieved by the invention: infinitely variable regulation of the output voltage.
