FIELD: converter engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves shaping of two trains of clock spaces, and within each clock there are shaped two time spaces with relatively varying lengths. Time spaces of first train determine closed state of switches in one circuit of bridge commutator and time spaces of second train shown closed state of switches in other circuit of bridge commutator. Desired effect is attained by setting length of clock space of each train equal to supply voltage, and during variation of time space lengths clock spaces are shifter through 180 deg. while time spaces are set symmetrically to respective points where supply voltage crosses zero.
