FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to pharmaceutical composition intended to provide an agent for induced hypometabolism and hypothermia in mammals. Pharmaceutical composition includes the beta-blocker propranolol, sympatholytic reserpine, ivabradine antianginal drug, diphenhydraminum antihistamine preparation, serotonin hydrochloride, a neuroleptic agent with a hypothermic effect of pericyazine, propicil antithyroid agent, magnesium sulfate and a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent in the amounts indicated in the claims. Agent further comprises a carrier, which is a 15–25 % cyclodextrin solution. Medicament may further comprise a cyclodextrin solution, a xenon saturated with an inert gas.
EFFECT: invention provides use of a new agent in emergency medicine.
