SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to determine protein fractions of blood serum. Method for determining protein fractions of blood serum, comprising precipitating protein fractions of blood serum with phosphate solutions in 6 tubes, determination of the optical density by the degree of turbidity of solutions, and calculation of the content of protein fractions of blood serum, differs in that 1.0 ml of distilled water is introduced into tube No. 0, 1.0 ml of the corresponding working phosphate solutions is introduced into tubes 1, 2, 3, 4, and 0.1 ml of blood serum, 0.15 ml of distilled water, 0.75 ml of basic phosphate solution are introduced into tube No. 5, followed by stirring inverting the tube № 5 and transferring a mixture of 0.1 ml into tubes Nos. 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, with the measurement of the optical density carried out on a biochemical analyzer.
EFFECT: method for determining protein fractions of blood serum is proposed.
