FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to diagnosis, and can be used to assess the risk of hemic anemia formation in pregnant women who have had an exacerbation of cytomegalovirus infection in the third trimester of gestation. To do this, antibodies titre to cytomegalovirus, SH-groups content in peripheral blood erythrocytes and the percentage of oxyhemoglobin are measured, and if the antibody titre to cytomegalovirus is 1:1600, SH-groups reduction in peripheral blood erythrocytes ± is 3.000.02 pixels/mmc2, and oxyhemoglobin reduces down to ± 86.501.20% a threat of hemic anemia formation in a pregnant woman is concluded.
EFFECT: invention allows to assess the threat of hemic anemia formation for pregnant women and is simple in implementation.
