METHOD EVALUATING EFFICIENCY OF MEDICAL TREATMENT OF ORTHOPEDIC-TRAUMATIC PATIENTS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: number of lipids and ceruloplasmine, chemiluminescence of low-density lipoproteins and high-density lipoproteins are determined in kilophotons for 60 s. On basis of obtained indices coefficient k of efficiency is calculated by formula where ChLDLP is chemiluminescence of low-density lipoproteins; _ChHDLP is chemiluminescence of high-density lipoproteins; TNL total number of lipids; CPe concentration of ceruplasmine. Obtained coefficient of efficiency is compared with k≤30 established for healthy men. Medical treatment is considered efficient if index k diminishes from initial value towards norm and inadequate if index k grows. EFFECT: method makes it possible to evaluate quality of medical treatment in good time and to correct it when needed. 1 tbl
