FIELD: cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions refers to a device for washing contaminated aggregate material, such as glass scrap. This device can be used for washing glass, in particular broken glass or glass scrap, and separating broken glass and scrap from waste, commonly associated with glass waste and in household and industrial waste streams. Device for cleaning the contaminated assembly comprises at least one channel designed with possibility to receive liquid containing the contaminated aggregate when used. Channel has a base comprising shakers scattered along the length of the channel, first and second series or groups of at least one nozzle. Nozzles of the first series or group of nozzles are distributed along the length of the channel and are configured to direct the pressurized fluid to the contaminated aggregate to force the contaminated aggregate to move to the shakers and through them along the length of the channel to the first outlet, thereby providing shaking of the unit and facilitating the separation of the unit from waste. Second series or group of nozzles is configured to direct and/or force the waste to move to the second outlet. Washing device for the contaminated aggregate comprises at least one channel designed with the possibility to receive liquid containing the contaminated aggregate, plurality of nozzles dispersed along the length of the channel for directing the pressurized fluid to the contaminated aggregate to shake the contaminated aggregate, thereby helping to separate the aggregate from waste and contaminants and forcing the aggregate to move to the shakers and through them through a channel or channels; and a means for removing waste and contaminants from the surface of the liquid. Channel has a base containing shakers scattered along its length. Proposed devices are used to implement a method for washing a contaminated aggregate.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in cleaning of glass scrap from waste.
