FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used as rod and beam elements at development of bearing structures of buildings and structures of various purposes, in a particular case, these may be the rod elements of belts and lattices of trusses or lattice girders of coatings, as well as girder elements of crane and crane structures. Half-plane pipe consists of one semicircular face, two walls, vertical faces, and one shelf, a horizontal face. It is made with an internal rib located in the middle of the semicircular face parallel to the walls and formed by welding the bent edges of the sheet preform. In the rod element with the ratio of the overall dimensions of the profile 1/1, the rib height is 0.0288 of one of the overall dimensions, and in the beam element with the ratio of the overall dimensions of the profile 1/3.064, the rib height is 0.2468 of the smaller of the overall dimensions.

EFFECT: technical result consists in uniform stability from the plane and in the plane of the supporting structure of a half-plane pipe with an internal rib in relation to the rod element, as well as in optimizing the moment of resistance of the cross-section of such a pipe with respect to the beam element, which increases the structural and layout capabilities and expands the area of its rational application.
