FIELD: data processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for collecting seismic data. To this end, in the collecting method, in the storage device other than the central station, coming from several seismic data acquisition devices, there is provided a step of assigning at least one device as a data collector. For the particular data collector in question, the method also includes the following steps for data, specific for at least one seismic acquisition device not assigned as a data collector: transmitting specific data from at least one seismic data acquisition device to the radio data collector in question, installed in a multi-span radiocommunication network constructed using at least the considered data collector and several seismic data acquisition devices; and transmitting said specific data from the data collector to the storage device via the communication link.

EFFECT: technical result is to enable the field operator to call up and process data from seismic data devices without any connection to the laboratory (control center station).
