FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drainage structures for the removal of surface and groundwater and can be used in the construction of railways, roads, ground and underground road surfaces, etc., as well as cable trays for low-current and a high-voltage power system and suspended trays for drainage of rainwater from road and rail bridges and overpasses. Drain tray made of composite material based on artificial reinforcing fiber and the polymeric binder comprises a trough-shaped body with a docking extension at one end thereof and with drainage holes in its side walls, and transverse stiffeners fixed on the side walls and longitudinal anchor plates disposed therebetween. Walls of the body, transverse ribs and anchor plates are made of laminated, at least one carrier, and a fixing layer arranged parallel thereto. These layers are made of each of the artificial fibers in a medium of a cured polymer binder. Each transverse stiffener is made in the form of an insertion element, fixed by one side to the inner layer of the side wall of the body and covered by sides adjacent to this side wall by other carriers and fixing layers made open on the periphery of the embedding element.
EFFECT: technical result is the increase of operational reliability and improvement of strength characteristics.
