SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysical measurements in a wellbore, including telemetry systems for signal transmission between a ground control unit and a downhole tool located in a wellbore through a geological formation. Device comprises a first housing rotating with respect to each other about the longitudinal axis of the device with a current collector part electrically connected to the cable and a second housing with a contact part electrically connected to a downhole tool and additionally equipped with an electromagnetic transceiver device in the form of a first transceiver with a transmit antenna located in the current collector part of the housing, and a second transceiver with a receiving antenna located in the measuring portion of the housing. Rotation unit of the first and second bodies relative to each other and around the longitudinal axis of the device is made in the form of a ball bearing mounted along the longitudinal axis of the first housing, and at least two roller bearings mounted along the longitudinal axis of the second housing and spaced axially relative to each other.

EFFECT: simplifies the design, eliminates the amount of twisting of the cable during the research, increases the speed of the transfer of parameters to ground devices.
