FIELD: rail transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automatics and telemechanic for the determination of rolling units with a failure of the lower clearance when long trainsets are moving. System contains track-mounted jumpers and cross-members of devices to control the derailment of rolling stock, controlling the lower clearance of the rolling stock, and a track sensor of the complex of technical monitoring means. Wherein the jumpers and cross-members of devices to control derailment of rolling stock are located at signal points of the automatic block system (1) and (3), and the track sensor of the complex of technical monitoring means is located on a block section of the automatic block system between signal points (1) and (3).
EFFECT: increased safety of train traffic and fixation of false activations of devices to control the derailment of rolling stock in the absence of rolling units in the control zone.
