FIELD: valve production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve construction, in particular to valves of direct action opening directly under the influence of excess pressure of the working medium on one side, loaded with a spring, and can be used on bypass pipelines as protection of measuring equipment against overloads. Inside the case there is a jumper with a locking device consisting of a saddle and a plunger with a stem, and a stem support. Plunger with the rod has the possibility of axial movement. Closed position of the valve is provided by a switching mechanism located outside the housing. Force transfer between the stem and the switching mechanism is effected by means of a lever inside the housing through a shaft passing through the sealed opening in the housing. Plunger of the locking device may have a seal. Switching mechanism can have a handle, and the valve can be manually switched from an open state to a closed state and backwards. Switching mechanism can also have an adjusting device and an actuation sensor. Safety valve may have an electrical heating device.
EFFECT: proposed a safety valve comprising a housing with an inlet and an outlet.
