SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmaceutical industry. Invention is a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a liposome gel containing “Serpisten”, isolated from the Serratula coronata L. (Asteraceae) plant with a wound healing effect, characterized in that it contains a highly purified standardized fraction of phytoecdysteroids, egg lecithin, cholesterol, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium hydroxide and carbopol grade 940 with the following ratio of components, mass. %: “Serpisten” – 0.01–0.1; egg lecithin – 0.05–0.5; cholesterol – 0.01–0.1; potassium dihydrogen phosphate – 0.68; sodium hydroxide – 0.05; carbopol 940 – 1.0; purified water – up to 100.0. Can be used to treat wounds and burns in all phases of the wound process.

EFFECT: declared liposomal gel with Serpisten has a pronounced wound-healing effect and is intended for use in medical practice in the treatment of skin lesions, including those caused by surgical interventions, and burns of thermal and chemical origin.
