FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with the ports for loading and unloading materials respectively, a rotor with blades and rotary drive. The lower and upper vibrators are rigidly fixed in the lower and upper parts of the mixing chamber in center which are made in corrugated bodies with excitation of oscillations by means of lower and upper crank mechanisms. Inside each of the housings of vibrators, there are discs with guide stands centered horizontally and rigidly fixed, which function is to provide stable aimed translational rods motion from the prismatic pair formed by the guide stand of the mixing chamber bottom and the lower vibrator, lower crank mechanism rod, and from the prismatic pair formed by the guide stand of the mixing chamber top, the guide stand of the blade rotation drive and the upper vibrator, upper crank mechanism rod, respectively. Discs of the lower and upper vibrators are made with cylindrical projections which function is to enable inserting and fixing springs along the inner diameter installed with a function of free compression/extension in cups, which inner parts center are rigidly fixed to the rods, outer parts center are rigidly fixed to the pushers rigidly connected to the inner parts with the other end, which form the smallest ones of the bodies corrugations. Four protrusions are symmetrically set on the outer cylindrical parts of the cups. The vibrator housings are made in the form of similar corrugated metal shells, which are corrugated thin walled rotation bodies, forming truncated regular hexagons in the vertical plane section by the points of crimp vertices, and configured to generate two vibration fields with identical amplitude and different frequency, each one conforming to the corrugated contour of these rotation bodies, with multi-directional vibrations.
EFFECT: expanded range of operating means and provided high quality intensification of the mixing process.
