VIBRATION MIXER Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B01F11/00 B01F13/10 B01F7/18

Abstract RU 2673282 C2

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with the ports for loading and unloading materials respectively, a rotor with blades and rotary drive. The lower and upper vibrators are rigidly fixed in the lower and upper parts of the mixing chamber in center which are made in corrugated bodies with excitation of oscillations by means of lower and upper crank mechanisms, respectively. Inside each of the housings, there are discs with guide stands centered horizontally and rigidly fixed, which function is to provide stable aimed translational rods motion from the prismatic pair formed by the guide stand of the mixing chamber bottom and the lower vibrator, lower crank mechanism rod, and from the prismatic pair formed by the guide stand of the mixing chamber top, the guide stand of the blade rotation drive and the upper vibrator, upper crank mechanism rod, respectively. The discs of the lower and upper vibrators are provided with cylindrical protrusions configured to be inserted and fixed along the inner diameter of the springs installed to be freely compressed and decompressed in cups, the rods are rigidly attached to the centers of the inner parts, and the pushers are rigidly attached to the center of the outer parts and with the other end to the inner parts forming the smallest corrugation casings, and provided with vibration excitation function from the smallest of corrugation casings of vibratrors. Four protrusions are symmetrically set on the outer cylindrical parts of the cups. The vibrator housings are made in the form of similar corrugated metal shells, which are corrugated thin walled rotation bodies, forming truncated regular hexagons in the vertical plane section by the points of crimp vertices, and configured to generate two vibration fields with identical amplitude and different frequency, each one conforming to the corrugated contour of these rotation bodies, with multi-directional vibrations. Between housings of lower and upper vibrators there is a spring type vibration exciter fixed in the center and made as a spring group consisting of at least two springs of different diameter which are fixed on diameters of the slots, formed on outer surface of metal corrugated shells by group of the smallest of corrugations of lower and upper vibrators, and which function is to create a set of groups of collective two-frequency vibration fields, each of which corresponds to spiral-helix shape of central springs of spring vibration exciter with formation of dynamization of vibration fields overlapping effect and additional vibration effects on the components to be mixed from the upper and lower bodies of the vibrators, respectively.

EFFECT: expanded range of operating means and provided high quality intensification of the mixing process.
