FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing a fiber-reinforced cementitious composite material, that is widely used in various construction and related to construction applications. Composite comprises a cellulosic fibrous material, in order to provide the composite with the required performance characteristics, and at least a portion of the cellulosic fibrous material comprises expanded cellulosic fibers, which desirably improves the processing characteristics of the material, and also improves the characteristics of the finished composite product. Method for preparing the fiber-reinforced cementitious composite comprises the steps of: providing a cementitious composition and providing a cellulosic fibrous material. This method further comprises mixing the cementitious compound and the cellulosic fibrous material to form a cementitious composite. Invention is developed in subclaims.

EFFECT: technical result is an improvement in the characteristics of the finished composite product.
