SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flow control in a flow of a current medium. Device for automatic shutdown of water contains a locking valve installed on the riser of the water supply to the room, a presence detector in the people's house and a relay electrically connected to the sensor and the locking cock. Presence detector in the people's house is made in the form of a transponder. Relay sends a signal to the gate valve when there is no transponder in the relay reading zone. Use of a human presence sensor ensures free use of water when there are people in the house.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide protection from any leakage, regardless of the place of the accident at the time of the absence of a person in the room.
