SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cargo transportation, in particular to transportation of goods in tank cars. Flexible liner to transport of goods in tank cars contains container (1), made of a film material, corresponding to the internal dimensions of the vehicle, on the inner side of which there are interconnected horizontal (3) and vertical (4) air channels, loading chute (2) located in the upper part of the container, inlet/outlet air duct (5) with stop valve (6) at the inlet and a discharge cone located at the bottom of the liner container. Inside the liner container, at its height above an opening, made at the bottom of the container in the place of installation of the discharge device, additional hose (7) is located, its lower part is hermetically connected to the liner container, and the upper part is fixed to the top of a bar of the discharge device, which has a finned wall surface around the circumference of cross section in the form of an accordion or corrugation.
EFFECT: invention increases the productivity and reliability of the device when unloading bulk cargo of various densities.
