FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: pouring device comprising two tightly coupled cylindrical half-casing furnished with slots and flanges is fitted in the tank car pan. Two flexible tanks are tightly coupled with the half-casing flanges. The capacity of each flexible tank makes half the capacity of the tank car pan. Oil products are poured in the pouring device neck for them to flow inside the flexible tanks via through slots in the half-casing walls to fill them up to a required level. The pouring device is fixed in a vertical position and pressed to the said pan bottom by a spacer mechanism. The half-casing lower edge is furnished with an elastic clamping ring. The proposed aforesaid collapsible pouring device allows its mounting the tank car pan around the stationary top control draining device and eliminates the necessity in the tank car washing and steaming.
EFFECT: increased rail transportation capacity, reduced range of pouting and special equipment, reduced idle time of tank cars and increased turn round.
