SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle communication systems. System comprises a first on-board device installed in the vehicle, and a first communication device configured to be connected to the first airborne device. Individual identification information used to identify the first communication device as a separate communication terminal is added to the first communication device. First communication device is configured to transmit a separate identification information to the first airborne device. First on-board device is configured to associate vehicle information with individual identification information and transmit the vehicle information associated with the individual identification information to the information device via the first communication device.
EFFECT: universal transmission of vehicle information is provided.
