Technical result is achieved by the fact that the information board is made in the form of three modules located one on another, the lower module is a fixed base, middle module is a body, the upper module is a fixed dome, in the upper part there is an engine rotable in any direction, and it is equipped with a information medium made in the form of a hollow cylinder with a bottom, and a filled container, the engine is equipped with a rod, with an impeller installed thereon, the base, body and dome are rigidly interconnected, wherein the body having an information window, the information medium is made with the possibility of free rotation in the body, filled container is rigidly fixed in the center of the information medium bottom, and the rod and impeller are installed in the container filler.
