FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and is intended for dough pieces rolling. Rolling pin comprises a body and a rolling pin control handle. Rolling pin body has the shape of a hollow or solid ball segment representing a part of a ball cut off from it by a plane. Rolling pin handle is represented by a limiting shoulder made on the neck of the hollow body, or by a base of a solid ball segment. Rolling pin is equipped with at least one additional handle, at that at least one additional handle is installed on the main handle of the rolling pin body.

EFFECT: proposed rolling pin expands the range of means for dough rolling, provides more convenient rolling of a round dough piece without cutting.
