FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television technology and is oriented to use in television cameras, made on the basis of matrix television sensors based on the technology of charge-coupled devices (CCDs), in which electronic sensitivity control is provided due to changes in the intraframe accumulation time. Accumulation section of the CCD-matrix is divided horizontally into n isolated from each other targets with the same format, which have a parallel control of the photoreceiving and scanning processes, at the same time, the peak value of the difference signal obtained by advanced and non-destructive measurement of the level of the charge relief on each of the n targets, used as a control voltage to determine the current duration of accumulation per frame for each of this single target.
EFFECT: technical result is the organization in the automatic mode of increasing sensitivity for fragments of a television frame in which objects with low light are observed by increasing the accumulation time for them.
