FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television equipment and is intended for use in television cameras made on the basis of matrix television sensors based on the technology of charge coupled devices (CCD), in which electronic adjustment of sensitivity is provided due to change of intraframe accumulation time. Result is achieved by the fact that peak value of difference signal obtained by leading and nondestructive measurement of level of charge relief on each of n targets, is used as control voltage to determine current accumulation duration per frame for each said target with possibility of correct selection of their spatial position on target of photodetector. Video signal of the television camera is reproduced on a video monitor which is integrated with the camera into a mobile device, for example, a mobile telephone.

EFFECT: eliminating the mode of limited accumulation (in time) for those areas of the image, which are observed at low illumination (brightness) of corresponding objects.
