FIELD: television technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television technology and is oriented to use in television cameras, made on the basis of "ring" television sensors based on the technology of charge-coupled devices (CCDs), in which electronic sensitivity control is provided due to changes in the intraframe accumulation time. Perform parallel and non-destructive measurement of the level of the charge relief of its accumulation (target) section by converting the current signal in the circuit of the first phase electrode of the target into a voltage, simultaneously with the generation of this signal, periodically, immediately during the charge accumulation time of each frame, monotonically changing the depletion voltage of the second phase target electrode from zero to twice the accumulation potential value, and after converting the voltage of the current signal from it, the monotonically varying depletion voltage of the second target phase electrode is subtracted from the corresponding weighting factor, and the resulting difference signal is differentiated and inverted. In this case, high-speed sensitivity control is performed on the original leading signal in the CCD matrix of the "ring" photodetector, performed on the crystal in the form of a circular ring, and has a circuit arrangement "ring frame transfer", and consists of the connected in series by the charge communication "ring" target, the "ring" section of the memory and the "ring" shift register, terminated by the charge-voltage transformation unit (CVTU) with the organization "floating diffusion".
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the adaptation rate of the automatic accumulation time adjustment (ACTA) in the "ring" photodetector on the CCD in the rapidly changing illumination of the observed scene.
