FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to obstetrics, perinatology and laboratory diagnostics, it can be used in obstetrical practice and is designed to determine life-threatening fetal conditions, requiring urgent delivery in pregnant women with intrauterine growth restriction syndrome. Invention is a method for determining indications for urgent delivery in pregnant women with intrauterine growth restriction syndrome in the gestation period of 25–37 weeks, characterized in that the concentration of IgG in the plasma of the pregnant woman is determined to the core region of the lipopolysaccharide and at a value of less than 82 MU/ml, the indications for urgent delivery are established.
EFFECT: technical result is the reduction of perinatal mortality in the development of intrauterine growth restriction syndrome by clarifying the indications for urgent delivery by non-invasive objective detection of irreversible changes in homeostasis in the fetus.
