FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely obstetrics, and can be used to determine indications for urgent delivery in pre-eclampsia in gestational period of at least 22 weeks of gestation. To do this, the concentration of IgG in the plasma of the pregnant woman to the core region of the lipopolysaccharide is determined, and if this value is less than 64 MU/ml, the indications for urgent delivery are established.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce maternal and perinatal mortality with the development of preeclampsia by clarifying the indications for urgent delivery by non-invasive objective detection of irreversible changes in homeostasis both in the mother's body and in the fetus.
