FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in hydraulic control systems for steam turbines. The technical problem to be solved by the claimed invention is the high insensitivity of the hydraulic system units, the looseness in the kinematic connection to the turbine control valves and increased corrosion, which adversely affects the quality of the turbine control and its reliability. The technical result of the claimed invention is achieved by implementing a method for upgrading the hydraulic control system of the turbine steam distribution bodies, which consists in upgrading the hydraulic drives of the turbine protective valves, installing individual hydraulic drives to control the turbine control valves, hydraulic equipment for controlling hydraulic drives of the turbine protective valves, and also installing a hydraulic pumping station with redundant high and low pressure pumps, wherein the low pressure pumps are connected to the hydraulic drives of the turbine safety valves, and the high pressure pumps are connected to the hydraulic drives of the turbine control valves.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability, quality and efficiency of the turbine.
