FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to rotary-vane machines, and can be used in turbines, internal and external combustion engines, air motors, compressors, pumps, expanders. Invention consists in that the device comprises a housing with end caps and a rotor with blades placed non-axially in it, dividing the housing into external chambers. Each blade is connected to the rotor through an axis and is provided at the end with a rolling-sealing unit consisting of three rollers located on the same axis. In this case, the blade rests with the side rollers of the rolling-sealing unit on the inner edges of the grooves without contact with their outer edges, and the middle roller rests on the inner surface of the housing. Axis of rotation of the blades are placed in the middle part of the blades and divide them into two arms. Rolling-sealing unit is installed on the first shoulder of the blades, and the second shoulder forms internal chambers with radial and cylindrical surfaces of the rotor, equipped with additional inlet and exhaust valves.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the efficiency.
