FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, namely to the design of an automatic juicer, where the juice is produced in a spinning unit. Squeezing machine contains two completely different modules (1) and (2). Module (1) contains a drive element. Module (2) acts in the form of a block that contains a spinning unit. Spinning assembly comprises at least one male drum (5) and at least one female drum. Female drum (4) has grooves for retaining the fruit. Male drum (5) has protrusions that are inserted into the recesses of the female drum for grasping the fruit. Spinning unit and other auxiliary elements are connected to each other preferably by means of a casing so that they can engage with module (1) of the drive element and separate from it as a single unit.
EFFECT: use of the invention will simplify the process of cleaning the juicer.
