FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to phthisiourology, and can be used to determine the indications for prescribing antisclerotic treatment for patients with prostate tuberculosis. Month after the start of taking anti-tuberculosis drugs, the level of microcirculation is measured by the method of laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) at the VCI point of Hui Yin in the area of the perineum between the scrotum and anus along the anterior median line and the degree of fibrosis by the method of echo-morphometry. Calculate the sum of the scores of the microcirculation index and the degree of fibrosis using Table 1 “Calculation of microcirculation index scores” and Table 2 “Calculation of the degree of fibrosis”, which are contained in the description. At a total of more than 2 points, an additional antisclerotic treatment is prescribed.
EFFECT: method allows to objectify the study data, to avoid unnecessary prescribing of the drugs.
