FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology, in particular to devices for measuring the angle of rotation of a throttle valve. Device comprises an electromagnetic oscillator connected by a first arm to a power source and a meter, a waveguide circulator, a segment of a rectangular waveguide, a detector, an amplifier, and a section of an arc-shaped dielectric waveguide with a metal plate moving along its surface. Metal plate is rigidly connected to the axis of the throttle. And the second arm of the generator of electromagnetic oscillations is connected to the first arm of the circulator, the second arm of which is connected to the input of a segment of a rectangular waveguide, the output of the latter is connected to a segment of an arc-shaped dielectric waveguide, the third arm of the circulator through the detector is connected to the input of an amplifier whose output is connected to the input of the meter. Section of the dielectric waveguide at the edges is provided with guides that ensure the vertical position of the plate on the surface of the dielectric waveguide.

EFFECT: increase the accuracy of measuring the angle of rotation.
