FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in a tunable microwave generator a linearly polarised electromagnetic wave is generated, which interacts with ferromagnet particles of a liquid flowing through a dielectric cone-shaped vessel, installed inside sections of a round metal waveguide, at the same time the value of angle of rotation of electromagnet wave polarisation plane depends on concentration of ferromagnet particles in the liquid. In a microprocessor device, using the value of magnetisation current, stabilising the value of the polarisation angle, the relative concentration of ferromagnetic particles in the liquid is identified.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of ferromagnet liquid dielectric permeability and ferromagnet particle concentration detection, expansion of functional capabilities of a device.
