FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology, in particular to devices for measuring electrical capacitance, and can be used in means for measuring and monitoring non-electrical quantities by capacitive sensors. Microcontroller device for capacitance measurement comprises generator 1, microcontroller 2, RC filter 3, first 4 and second 5 digital temperature sensors, USART/USB converter 6 and computer 7. During the oscillating circuit of generator 1, the measured capacitance Cx is switched on. Connection of the elements is shown in the block diagram (see the drawing).

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the measurements accuracy.
