FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of siliglass coating. Method of preparation of the mechanical mixture is carried out by mixing the porcelain battle of a fraction of 30–250 mcm, a dried fine-dispersed sodium liquid glass of the fraction 10–30 mcm and a cobalt salt in a ratio of 10:2:0.1–10:3:0.2. Then plasma coating of the coating is carried out at a plasma torch passing speed of 0.2–0.25 m/s, a spacing distance of 150–200 mm and a mechanical mixture flow rate of 8–10 g/s.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the final product by increasing the adhesion strength of the coating to the base of siliglass and increasing frost resistance.
