FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for engobing block cellular glass. Method for engobing block cellular glass comprises grinding, sieving and averaging of white-burning clay. Technical alumina is added to the white-burning clay at a ratio of 3:1, respectively. Further, a mechanical mixture of powders is fed into a powder feeder, plasma spraying is carried out at a flow rate of a plasma forming gas of 0.4 m3/min and quality of finished products is controlled. Plasma spraying is carried out with simultaneous partial melting the face surface of the block cellular glass at a working power of the plasma torch of 4 kW.
EFFECT: improved quality of the finished product while accelerating the technological process.
