SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a CNC center for processing blocks of extruding and foamed material. Center is equipped with heated cutting blades and cutting and milling tools, is intended for the mechanical treatment of foamed and/or pressure-molded materials or other materials. At least first station (1) comprises at least one support frame (1') configured to hold at least one polystyrene foam EPS block (A) for processing, at least one frame (5) configured to carry at least one heated cutting die (6) fixed or movable, depending on the thickness of the panel to be cut from block (A), at least two milling slots (14) made by tool (15) attached to at least one electrical spindle (16) for each slot (14). Said milling tool (15) is movable with interpolation along the vertical and horizontal directions for milling in accordance with the inclined and/or curved profiles. At least one frame (20) carries wires (21) having insulators (22) at their ends, and devices (23) for fixing and tensioning wires (21). Said wires (21) are movable with interpolation along the vertical and horizontal directions for cutting in accordance with the predetermined inclined and/or curved profile.
EFFECT: proposed is a compact CNC production center equipped with heated cutting blades for processing foamed and pressure-molded materials, in particular for processing panels for insulating concrete formwork ICF.
