SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery. Endoprosthesis mesh basilabile combined volumetric plastic for inguinal hernia has a hard and soft zone of synthetic filaments and a groove for the passage of elements of the inguinal region, hard and soft zones are made at a ratio of 2:1 width from synthetic monofilaments of 0.120±0.005 mm, majority of which consists of polypropylene monofilaments with a rigidity of the mesh for bending along the loop series from 32 cN⋅mm2 up to 34 cN⋅mm2 and along the column from 24 cN⋅mm2 up to 26 cN⋅mm2, in a smaller zone of polyvinylidene fluoride monofilaments perpendicular to the length in the middle by the method of thermoplastic pressing, a volume recess in the form of a 1/2 truncated cone in height is formed, small base of the truncated cone is made with a radius of 8–9 mm and an open section of the base of the truncated cone with a radius of 12–13 mm, and the height of the recess is equal to the width of the smaller endoprosthesis zone, while in the soft zone of the endoprosthesis with a notch the rigidity of the grid for bending is along the loop row from 11 cN⋅mm2 up to 13 cN⋅mm2 and along the column from 6 cN⋅mm2 up to 8 cN⋅mm2.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce traumatization, provide the necessary rigidity, ensure the rapid placement of the endoprosthesis in the prepared bed.
