FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aircraft engineering and concerns a composite container for an aircraft, in particular a composite container for an aircraft and a spacecraft, a method for forming a composite joint of a composite vessel, and a composite connection. Composite container comprises a curved wall having an opening, a plurality of shear connectors screwed into a plurality of blind holes in a curved wall around the opening, a plurality of bolts cooperating with said plurality of shear connectors and connecting the lid to the curved wall to form a connection between the lid and the curved wall, and a plurality of connecting washers made of a ceramic matrix composite material or a monolithic ceramic through which a plurality of bolts pass.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the mass of the tank and an increase in the fuel efficiency of the aircraft.
