SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary devices. Control plate assembly includes a mounting support plate and a control plate connected to the support plate by means of a fastening system. Support plate comprises a frame defining an opening and provided with a support for at least one control element connecting a button, which is supported by a plate, with a flush valve. Support comprises a pivoting body that projects from the support plate, can be rotated relative to the support plate and is provided with at least one seat configured to pass through the body and having a shape to receive said at least one control element. Pivoting body has a connecting portion hingedly connected to the frame, and a support portion that projects from the connecting portion into the opening and carries said at least one seat. Support is rotatable by at least 90° around the axis to free the opening and to selectively receive an operational position, in which the supporting portion of the support projects into the opening for receiving, guiding and supporting said at least one control element, and an operational inspection or service position in which the supporting portion of the support is located outside the opening.

EFFECT: access to the internal part of the tank for inspection and maintenance operations is provided, and the flush valve can be removed and re-installed through the opening defined by the support plate, without having to remove said plate.
