FIELD: water supply; sewerage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary devices. Control plate assembly comprises a mounting support plate, having an annular frame that delimits an opening, a control plate and a fastening system that connects the control plate to the support plate so that the control plate is movable relative to the support plate between a closed position in which the control plate is fixed to the support plate integrally and is located opposite and adjacent to the support plate and completely covers said opening, and an open position in which the control plate is released from the support plate and leaves the opening at least partially open. Fastening system comprises a hinge element extending along a longitudinal axis and having two opposite lateral edges respectively hingedly connected to the support plate by first pivoting members and to the control plate by means of the second pivoting members. First and second pivoting members consist of corresponding pairs of pins and seats occupied by the pins. Pins and seats are formed on the hinge element, and on the support plate and the control plate, respectively, or vice versa, and said first and second pivoting members define respective parallel pivot axes located in the closed position of the control plate in the opening in an intermediate position between two lateral sides of the support plate that defines the opening. Hinge element comprises a monolithic body made of plastic and shaped to be elastically deformable and flexible in the transverse direction relative to the longitudinal axis of the hinge element. Hinge element is elastically deformable for selective receiving: the initial non-deformed state that the hinge element receives when it is not installed in the control plate assembly and no forces act on it, and the stressed deformed state that the hinge member receives when it is mounted in the control plate assembly with pins inserted in the corresponding seating positions, and when the control plate is in the closed position. Pins of each pair are aligned along the respective axes of the pins, and the corresponding seats are aligned along the respective axes of the seats. Distance between the axes of the pins in the initial non-deformed state is greater than the distance between the axes of the seats in the closed position of the control plate, and the hinge element is in a deformed state when the control plate is in the closed position.
EFFECT: easy manufacture, assembly and installation of the assembly, which will be efficient and reliable.
