SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the active influence on atmospheric phenomena and, in particular, to rocket projectiles. Hydrometeorological rocket shell includes a housing with a block of basic stabilizers. Inside the housing there are marching, starting stages of the solid fuel engine and the active reagent gas generator, a temporary device with a counting mechanism for the start time of the active reagent generator. Temporary device is additionally equipped with a counting mechanism for the launch time of the sustainer stage and is configured to install pre-launch times for the sustainer stage and the gas generator of the active reagent before the start. In the charge of solid fuel of the sustainer stage, grooves are made to accommodate the planes of the additional stabilizer of the sustainer stage, made with the possibility of changing their position from folded into unfolded. Starting stage contains a gas generator with a fuel composition with a lack of an oxidizing agent for the specified gas generator. It consists of a part of the shell of the projectile and a block of nozzles and produces gaseous products with a lack of oxidizer. Part of the fuel composition of the gas generator is placed in the nozzle of the sustainer stage. Shell of the projectile is made of composite telescopically located outer and inner shells. Outer shell is made with the possibility of axial movement with respect to the internal and education with the camera rocket-ramjet engine with a nozzle for the expiration of the combustion products of the gas generator. Shell of the projectile is made with the possibility of undocking its parts among themselves on the plane of the nozzle of the main engine. Connector assembly is located in the cavity of the marching stage. Active reagent is introduced into the composition of the solid fuel of the sustainer stage.
